Working Online is not always fun. Many people say it feels lonely and can hurt their mental health but here are some Ideas to take care of your mind while working online;
1. Build a Positive Community
Working online can feel very lonely, especially when you don’t have friends around.
I found a few good Communities on Reddit where I stay connected with people. I also talk with others in a Subliminal Community.
Where people support each other, especially we girls, we take subliminal challenge and share about growth 📈 I found that my community is very helpful & supportive.
I always share subliminal challenges there recently. I am joining my first 1k subscribers challenge within a month. Let’s see what happens 😊
